Mr. Bajrang Bothra is the Promoter, Chairman, and Non-Executive Director of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since March 6, 2020, providing strategic leadership and guidance to its long-term growth and governance.

He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, New Delhi.

Mr. Bothra currently serves on the Boards of EPACK Durable Limited and East India Technologies Private Limited. With over 34 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, he brings extensive expertise in business strategy, corporate leadership, and organizational development.

Mr. Laxmi Pat Bothra is one of the Promoters of the Company and has played a pivotal role in shaping its growth and long-term vision. With decades of entrepreneurial and industrial experience, he has been instrumental in establishing and expanding the Company’s presence across multiple business segments.

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Delhi, and has also completed the Studentship programme of the Institution of Engineers (India).

Over the years, Mr. Bothra has been associated with several companies across the manufacturing and engineering sectors, including East India Technologies Private Limited, EPACK Durable Limited, EPACK New Age Solutions Limited, EPACK Petrochem Solutions Private Limited, and EPACK Manufacturing Technologies Private Limited. His extensive experience in business leadership and strategic planning has contributed significantly to the growth and diversification of the EPACK Group.

Mr. Sanjay Singhania is the Promoter, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since February 12, 1999, and has played a pivotal role in its growth and strategic development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (majoring in Accountancy) from Gauhati University, Guwahati, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology, Victoria, Australia.

With over 25 years of experience in the EPS Packaging and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, Mr. Singhania has led the Company through its expansion, operational excellence, and continued focus on innovation and customer-centric growth.

Mr. Ajay D. D. Singhania has been associated with the Company since its inception on December 27, 1999, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director. With over 25 years of leadership experience in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, he has played a significant role in the Company’s growth and long-term strategic direction.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Himachal Pradesh University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Singhania has further strengthened his leadership capabilities through several executive development programmes, including Executing Growth Strategies from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; Transformational Leadership from the Indian School of Business; and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People training programme by Franklin Covey.

He has also been honoured as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International in recognition of his commitment to leadership and community service.

Mr. Nikhil Bothra has been serving as the Whole-Time Director of the Company since December 4, 2024. Prior to his appointment, he worked with the Company as a Strategy & Management, Sales, Marketing, and Brand Promotion Consultant from December 1, 2012, playing a significant role in strengthening the Company’s business growth and market presence.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, and has completed the Post Graduate Programme in Family Managed Business from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.

Mr. Bothra has further enhanced his professional expertise by participating in several executive development programmes, including the B2B Marketing Programme conducted by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Business Mastery Programme under the 10X Leader initiative. He has also represented the Company at leading industry platforms, including the Roof India Exhibition and the India Warehousing Show 2024.

With over 12 years of experience in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, Mr. Bothra has been instrumental in driving the Company’s strategic initiatives, sales growth, marketing excellence, and brand development.
