Project Description
This site infrastructure, spread across 1.6 lakh sq ft, was built for Shapoorji Pallonji in New Delhi. The buildings were used as staff accommodation and site offices for more than 3,000 personnel working on the New Exhibition Centre construction project at Pragati Maidan.
We used our K-System housing solution with insulated sandwich panels that provide high thermal insulation for walls and roofs, along with insulated pre-engineered buildings (PEBs). Out of 14 buildings, 6 were G+1 and 6 were G+2 structures designed for living accommodations, while 2 PEB structures served as site offices for administrative work.
