Project Description

EPACK Prefab successfully delivered a comprehensive prefabricated infrastructure solution for SJVN in Buxar, Bihar, including multi-storey staff accommodation and utility buildings designed for operational efficiency and long-term durability.

The project comprised four G+2 staff accommodation buildings, constructed using a combination of engineered steel systems and light gauge steel framing. The rooms were thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality, with first-floor units equipped with split air conditioning systems. High-performance insulation materials such as glasswool for wall cladding and PUF panels for roofing were incorporated to ensure thermal efficiency and enhanced indoor comfort.

In addition to residential facilities, EPACK also executed a G+1 prefabricated office building, a dedicated water building, and a structurally engineered water tank**, creating a complete, integrated infrastructure setup for the project site.
