Epack Prefab Technologies Ltd has reported a two-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹29.46 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year on higher income.
Its net profit stood at ₹14.42 crore in the year-ago period.
Epack Prefab Technologies surged 7.09% to Rs 330.20 after it entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with MASCOT South Asia LLP to facilitate its proposed capacity addition in the State of Gujarat.
Epack Prefab Technologies Ltd has fixed a price band of ₹194 to ₹204 for its initial public offering (IPO) with a face value of ₹2 per share.
