Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Wednesday cleared initial public offerings (IPOs) of four more companies. Prestige Hospitality Ventures, an arm of realty firm Prestige Estates Projects, Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers, Epack Prefab Technologies and Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality have received final observation from SEBI to launch IPO.
India’s capital markets regulator, Sebi, has given the nod to Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality, EPack Prefab Technologies, and Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers, clearing the way for these companies across diverse sectors to raise funds through public offerings.
EPACK Prefab Technologies was recently featured in The Hindu for the inauguration of its state-of-the-art sandwich panel manufacturing plant at Mambattu in Tirupati district. Built over an area of over 2.8 lakh sq ft, this facility takes our total annual panel capacity to 13.10 lakh sq m.

इस आईपीओ में शेयर की फेस वैल्यू ₹2 होगी. यह इश्यू एक फ्रेश इश्यू ऑफ शेयर होगा. कंपनी ने आईपीओ से ₹300 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने का लक्ष्य रखा है. इस आईपीओ में एक करोड़ से ज्यादा शेयर प्रमोटर द्वारा बेचे जाएंगे.
