EPACK Prefab has announced its ambitious plan to construct India’s fastest factory building structure using advanced prefab and PEB technology in a record-breaking 150 hours. The project is scheduled to commence on November 20 in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh.

While India’s tourism industry is witnessing unprecedented growth, many destinations are struggling to keep pace with the surge in demand for accommodation. Tourist hotspots lack sufficient infrastructure to accommodate the growing footfall.

EPACK Prefab, one of India’s fastest-growing pre-engineered buildings and prefabricated structures producers, announced that it is steadfast towards momentous 48% growth in order book for FY24 in comparison to FY23, standing at INR 1,233 cr. In FY25, EPACK Prefab expects to add 35% more orders from sectors like industrial, institutional, multistory building, warehousing and airports, etc.

इस तरह के कंस्ट्रक्शन में आधा से अधिक काम फैक्ट्री में ही पूरा हो जाता है. प्रीफैब्रिकेटेड के क्षेत्र में काम कर रही कंपनी ईपैक प्रीफैब के एक्जिक्टिव डायरेक्टर निखिल बोथरा कहते हैं कि इस तकनीक से कंस्ट्रक्शन का 90% का फैक्ट्री में पूरा हो जाता है. फील्ड पर सिर्फ नट-बोल्टिंग का काम किया जाता है. वह कहते हैं कि इस सेक्टर में अभी असली ग्रोथ आना बाकी है.

The infrastructure industry is looking at a massive transformation, owing to the technological advancements within the sector. The growth of PEBs is a by-product of being more adaptable to new technology and understanding that it is far more sustainable and cost-efficient than the traditional ways of construction.

The budget’s continued focus on infra development is welcome and we expect states to carry on with the policy thrust that was mentioned in the budget.  The country needs to look at sustainable construction technologies like pre-engineered and prefabricated buildings as India transitions to a green future.
